This seminar will consider the implications of the decisions made at the 2016 Council on Legislation, enable attendees to familiarise themselves with the rigours of submitting proposals to the 2019 Council on Legislation, and debate the way in which Rotary International deals with its governance and future aims. There will also be the opportunity to take part in a “mock” Council. Input and facilitation will be delivered by those who are familiar with COL – as voting participants, proposers of enactments and resolutions, and process managers.
